Why grass fed? We believe in raising cows the way they were created to live; To roam freely and happily munch on native grasses. Too much grain can be harmful to the digestive system of a cow and cause livestock illness. We also recognize the health benefits of grass fed beef to humanity in the form of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid, and multiple antioxidants.
Why organic? Simple. To satisfy the high health standards we have for you. We see the importance of a chemical free diet for our livestock. This means no pesticides or herbicides have been sprayed on the grasses or hay our cattle consume year round. It also means our cows will never be exposed to genetically engineered feed and will never be exposed to growth hormones or antibiotics. When you eat our beef, you can also rest assured we have practiced the highest caution in regard to raising your meat.
